Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

PridePromo is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of technology or ability.

Conformance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This site is partially conformant: most of it meets that standard, but some content does not yet fully conform.

What we do

• Include accessibility in our design and build process.
• Use semantic HTML, WAI-ARIA where appropriate, and CSS that supports assistive technology.
• Respect the reduced-motion setting for animations.
• Consider accessibility when we choose suppliers and tools.

Known limitations

• Some images carry decorative or incomplete text alternatives. Tell us which page and we will fix it within 10 business days.
• Our downloadable guides are rich, image-heavy documents. If you need one in a plain-text or otherwise accessible format, ask and we will send it within 3 business days.
• Some pages are content-heavy and take longer to load on slow connections.

Tell us about a barrier

If you hit something on this site you cannot use, we want to hear about it. Email info@pridepromo.com or call 614-300-2933. We aim to acknowledge feedback within 5 business days and to propose a solution within 10 business days.
