What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, and optional details about your project, such as the kind of merchandise you need, your event or delivery date, your role, and any message you write. We do not ask for payment details on this website, and this site has no customer accounts or logins.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
Why we collect it

Email and our marketing tools
We use Klaviyo, an email marketing platform, to store contact details submitted through this site and to send the guides and email you sign up for. Your information is processed on Klaviyo's systems under their terms. Every marketing email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the marketing email immediately.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share it only with the service providers who make this site and our business run, our website host and our email platform, and only so they can provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for as long afterwards as our tax and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
